Made some Castella Cake to celebrate my birthday with the kiddos. This is my other all-time favourite cake, apart from the Black Forest Cake I made for my actual birthday celebration. :)
This cake was a great success. Sis could guess it was a Japanese cake just by looking at it! ^^
