Homemade Banana Split!

Wanted to bake with the ripe bananas (they had many black spots on them), but after I peeled one of the bananas, I found it too stiff to mash.

So, I made banana split with the left over chocolate sorbet!

The sorbet wasn't spectacular on it's own, but when matched with nicely ripe bananas, the combination was awesome!
