Pink Cupcakes - Try 2

I recall Min had requested for pink cupcakes last weekend so when she came back with us at around 8pm today, I figured I should bake it for her!

Well, it doesn't look quite pink here. Somehow the cake was less pink after baking. I was afraid of making it too reddish as I was using red colouring instead of pink.

Min didn't like the icing at all (think she doesn't enjoy lemon) and she's never quite taken to cupcakes. SIGH!

But grace jie said it was nice.. Though I'm not sure she's ever said something is bad? :P

Anyway, that design on top was done by gab - supposed to be a pig. Haha..
