Cinnamon Gluten Free Pancakes


These pancakes are made of brown rice and sorghum flour. Still working hard to use up the flour sis brought back from Canada!

The cake in the background was my actual breakfast, while the pancakes were for the family. :D

I did have some of the pancakes. And frankly, I got to say that gluten free pancakes are best warm. They get a little dry and flaky when cold.  Still working on my pancakes recipe!! Need it to be softer and fluffier. Hmmmmm!
